MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 7, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 9:15 P.M. by Chairman H.
Sanders. Also present were Committee Members Taube and
Patterson, Mayor Salentine and G. P. Lee.
The Committee reviewed an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9, Sections
9.11(1) and 9.26(2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego
Regarding the Prohibition of Loitering, which is an update to the
City's general loitering Ordinance §9.11, as well as the newly
proposed loitering near school property ordinance, §9.26. Ald.
Patterson moved to recommend Council adoption. Seconded by Ald.
Taube, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9, Section
9.001 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego Regarding the
Adoption of State Laws pertaining to the new law for pawnbrokers
and secondhand article dealers. Ald. Patterson moved to
recommend Council adoption. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:27 P.M.
