RLO19900802RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 2, 1990 The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Chairman Patterson. Also in attendance was Committee Member Taube. Chairman H. Sanders was absent. The Committee reviewed results of survey to counties in southeastern Wisconsin requesting information on tippage fees. Ald. Taube moved to request that Ruekert & Mielke supply the City with their fee schedule for sewer and water inspections to be used by the Committee as a guide in establishing tippage fees. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to table further discussion on Hazardous Material Ordinance based on City Attorney Eric Schlieter's opinion in letter dated July 20, 1990. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried. Ald. Taube moved to defer discussion on regulations of Fire Works until information is received from the City Attorney. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. 0 ca a Respectfully submitted, Ald. David D.
