MINUTES
OF
MEETING HELD
MAY 3, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 P.M. by Chairman H.
Sanders. Also present were Committee Member Taube and Chief
Johnson. Committee Member Patterson arrived late.
The Committee further reviewed Deposit & Forfeiture Schedule with
Chief Johnson. Ald. Taube moved to adopt State Forfeiture
Schedule for all Wiscconsin State Statutes which were adopted by
the Municipal Ordinance. Chief Johnson will clarify specific
exceptions at the next meeting. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion
carried.
The Committee further reviewed proposed Abatement of Public
Nuisances Ordinance and deferred to next meeting.
The Committee discussed correspondence from City Attorney Molter
dated April 18, 1990, regarding proposed Hazardous Material
Ordinance. Ald. Taube moved to request City Attorney to
determine if City can recover direct or indirect costs relating
to hazardous clean up. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion
carried.
The Committee discussed proposed Adult Bookstore Ordinance and
deferred for further review by Attorney Molter.
The Committee deferred discussion on Tippage Fees.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to table discussion on zoning changes.
Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
