MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 14, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Chairman
Patterson. Also present were Committee Members Taube and
Simmons, Chief Johnson and Steve Tietz (Muskego Sun Reporter).
The Committee further reviewed the proposed amendment to the
Burning Ordinance. Ald. Simmons moved to table. Seconded by
Ald. Taube, motion carried.
Chief Johnson showed the Committee a sample of the new overnight
parking signs to be posted in the City.
Mrs. Dean Johnson appeared before the Committee to state her
concerns about garbage cans located at the end of driveways.
The Committee reviewed Mining and Extraction Permits. Ald.
Simmons moved to request Attorney Molter to assist the Committee
in establishing procedures for monitoring mining and extraction
permits. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
Ald. Simmons moved to amend the Municipal Code to state that the
fee for Gathering Permit Licenses will be per event as stated in
the State Statutues. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
