RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 1, 1988
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hilt at 8:00 P.M.
Also present was Committee Member Repischak. Ald. Patterson was
absent.
The Committee discussed proposed regulation of parking in front
of mail boxes and reviewed correspondence from Police Chief
Johnson dated April 27, 1988. Ald. Hilt moved to table issue due
to no serious problems at the present time. Seconded by Ald.
Repischak, motion carried. It was determined that if there is a
problem, it can be addressed on an individual basis.
The Committee reviewed information provided by the City of New
Berlin in regard to election of Council President and Plan
Commission Representative. Ald. Hilt moved to defer until full
Committee is in attendance and also requests input from the
Mayor's Office.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Attorney Molter dated
July 28, 1988, along with proposed amendment to the Landfill
Ordinance on Restrictions on Transfer of Control which indicated
that a future amendment will include such restrictions.
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 P.M.
