MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 3, 1987
The meeting was called to order by Chairman DeAngelis at 8:30
P.M. Also present was Committee Member Hilt. Ald. Patterson was
absent.
The Committee discussed dumpster requirements and determined that
the present ordinance is sufficient to control any problems at
this time.
The Committee discussed correspondence from Attorney Molter dated
July 15, 1987, in reference to Chapter 22, Section 22.07,
Housing -Testing Prohibited. Attorney Molter advised the City
that based on his review of the ordinance in other
municipalities, it has been his opinion that this type of
• ordinance is probably illegal and, therefore, recommends that it
be repealed. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend an ordinance be
drafted to repeal Chapter 22, Section 22.07. Seconded by Ald.
DeAngelis, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
