RLO19861211• L_J RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 11, 1986 The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. Also present were Committee Member Taube, Mayor Salentine, Ald. DeAngelis, Building Inspector G. P. Lee and Chief Johnson. Ald. Patterson was absent. The Committee discugsed the proposed ordinance on parking of commercial vehicles in residential areas. The Committee was receptive to following the recommendation of the Plan Commission to limit one pick-up truck or van per licensed resident. The Zoning Officer and Police Chief are to provide language for the Committee's review at their January meeting. No action was taken on the proposed update of the landfill ordinance since required correspondence from various municipalities, State Representatives and the League of Municipalities has not been received. The Building Inspector provided the Committee with rates for electrical permits from other Communities and will provide a comparison with the City of Muskego's existing rate structure for electrical permits at the January meeting. The Committee reviewed the draft of Ordinance #560 (Erosion Control) and recommended Council approval. The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M. ca Respectfully submitted, Ald. David Taube Acting Secretary
