RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 14, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 8:55 P.M.
Also present were Committee Member Taube, Mayor Salentine, Ald.
DeAngelis, Building Inspector Lee, and those per the attached
list. Ald. Patterson was absent.
The Committee reviewed Police Department request to adopt a
resolution allowing the Police Department to take advantage of
the Crime Control Act of 1984. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Erosion Control Ordinance. Ald. Taube
moved to defer until Building Inspector Lee, Wil Vidal and Howie
Schneider develop a rough draft of new Erosion Ordinance.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
