MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 25, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at
7:06 P.M. Also present was Committee Member Gaetzke, Ald.
DeAngelis and Lt. Johnson. Ald. Nilsson was absent.
The Committee reviewed the proposed ordinance amending Chapter
20, Section 20.06(3) & (4) - Clean Up Fees, as drafted by
Attorney Molter. Ald. Gaetzke moved to recommend approval of
proposed ordinance amending Chapter 20, Section 20.06(3) & (4) -
Clean Up Fees to include under (3) the minimum sum of $25 shall
be retained as and for the license fee and such an additional sum
shall be retained as if necessary for the purposes stated in (4),
and include under (4) and to clean up the area after the event.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed request to amend Chapter 7 of the
Municipal Code to include Wisconsin State Statute 348 - Vehicle
Weight Laws. Ald. Gaetzke moved to amend Chapter 7 of the
Municipal Code to include Wisconsin State Statute 348. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the proposed amendment to Chapter 12 -
• Liquor License. The Committee agreed to defer the matter until
next meeting to allow Lt. Johnson and Attorney Molter to give the
Committee more input.
The Committee reviewed amendment to Section 8.02(3) & (5), Ditch
Bond & Street Bond Inspection Fee. Ald. Dumke moved to add the
words "from the date of occupancy" after one year in Section 8.02
(3) and 8.02 (5). Seconded by Ald. Gaetzke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed amendment to Chapter 21, Sewer Utility -
Rules & Regulations (4) Plumbers. Ald. Gaetzke moved to add to
page 10, (4) after city "and is on property subject to easement
for highway or street purposes or public service right-of-way".
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee deferred any review of proposed ordinance creating
Chapter 27, Administrative Review until such time as its contents
are explained to this committee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed.
The meeting adjourned at 8:01 P.M.
