RULES, LAWS, and ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 11, 1984
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and Gaetzke, and
those present per the attached list.
The Committee discussed amendment to Chapter 3.05(5) to add a
member of the Police Department to the Capital Budget
Committee. Ald. Tomczyk moved, Ald. Gaetzke seconded to have the
Police Department Union Representative appointed to the Capital
Budget Committee. Motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
The Committee reviewed proposed Ord. 479, An Ordinance to Amend
Chapter 13, Sec. 13.016 of the Municipal Code regarding Cats.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend to Council to table Ord. 479.
Chairman Dumke seconded and the motion carried.
The Committee reviewed proposed Ord. 480, An Ordinance to Amend
isChapt. 3, Sec. 3.01(4)(a) of the Municipal Code regarding
Outhouses. Ald. Gaetzke moved to recommend approval to the
Council. Ald. Tomczyk seconded and the motion carried.
The Committee discussed trapping regulations within the City.
It was felt that the State trapping regulations were adequate
within the City and no further action was required at this time.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 8:04 P.M. Seconded by Chairman
Dumke. Motion carried.
