MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 19, 1983
•
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and Gaetzke and those
persons as per the attached list.
Several persons were present in the audience regarding proposed
Ordinance #456 (water regulations). Ald. Colburn discussed
Section I of the ordinance.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to make no recommendation to the Common
Council for approval. Seconded by Ald. Gaetzke. Ald. Colburn
recommended this ordinance be deferred until October, 1983.
Discussion regarding animal regulations took place and it was
recommended this matter be referred to Public Safety Committee
for further review.
The committee discussed the parking of trucks being used for
commercial sales or for storage. Ald. Dumke will contact other
communities as to their procedures in regard to this matter. Ald.
Tomczyk moved to defer this matter until the next meeting of the

committee.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Gaetzke. Motion
•
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
