MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 13, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 8:55 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Committee Members Treba and Klenz. Mr
Frank De Angelis and Mr. Ellertson were also present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed
on file.
The matter of smoking in City Hall was discussed. Aid. Nilsson
requested the committee propose his ordinance (exhibit 1) be
submitted to the Common Council. Aid. Treba moved to propose
the ordinance as submitted to Common Council. Seconded by
Aid. Klenz. Motion carried with Aid. Dumke voting no.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
