MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 12, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Gottfried at
7:30 P.M. Present were committee members Radtke and Knudsen.
Robert Klenz and Wayne Salentine were also present.
The minutes of meeting held February 12, 1981 were reviewed and
placed on file.
Ald. Radtke moved to direct the City Attorney to draft and
amend Section (8.03) Municipal Code requiring all building
addresses be located within 50 feet of base setback line and
visible to the average individual. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen.
The Committee requested Chairman Dumke to have the City Attorney
draft the amendment to the -Municipal Code which will provide that
the council president shall be a member of the Finance Committee.
They also requested that Section (2.09) be amended to include
Sewer Committee.
The Committee discussed Sec. 20 b5 regarding water ski -jumps.
• It was decided to give Mike Fitzgerald an opportunity to present
results of his survey on this matter at the next meeting.
The Committee will discuss Sec. 9.08 at the next meeting.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
