MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 11, 1980
The meeting was called to order at 7.00 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were committee Members Knudsen and Radtke. Ald. Van
Lanen and idayor Gottfried were also present.
Ald. Radtke moved to amend Section 1 (2) (a) and (b) of Ordinance
#403 as followed.
(A) To disturb the peace, or engage in an altercation or be loud
or boistrous, or use any controlled substance, or act in any
disorderly or riotous or indecent manner on the land described
in the legal description within which the "Class All or "Class B"
fermented malt beverage or intoxicating liquor license premise is
located.
(B) To possess an open or unsealed container of fermented malt
beverage or intoxicating liquor between the hours of 11 00 P.M.
to 6 00 A.M. on the land described in the legal description
within which the "Class A" or "Class B" fermented malt beverage
or intoxicating liquor premise is located.
• Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
Still to be considered by the committee is the matter of ski kite
flying.
Ald. Radtke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8 13 P.M.
