MINUTES OF MEETING .HELD OCTOBER 29, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 8,52 P.M,
Also -present were -Committee Members Knudsen and Radtke, Mayor
Gottfried and Aldermen Salentine, Weed and Steinberg,
The minutes of meeting held 9/24/80 were reviewed and placed on
file.
Ald. Knudsen moved to recommend adoption of the drinking ordinance.
Radtke seconded. Motion carried. The ordinance is amended to
remove the 300 feet to 100 feet. Also to strike out the following
wording "without the express authorization, in writing, of the
owner of the property".
After discussion, Ald. Radtke moved to adopt Ordinance #399 to
the Common Council. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke will invite the people on the Government Structure
Committee to the next Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee meeting.
Ald. Knudsen moved to amend Section 2.09 of the Municipal Code
• by adding the following:
(f) Public Sewer Committee
Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to automatically include the President of the
Council as a members of the Finance Committee - to be inserted
in Sec. 2.07 of the Municipal Code. Seconded by Knudsen. Motion
carried.
Still to be considered by the committee is the matter of ski kite
flying.
Ald. Radtke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
