MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 10, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Van Lanen at 8:06 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Salentine and Pietruszynski
and Mr. Larry La Dage.
The, -minutes of meeting held February 18, 1980 were reviewed..: ,Ald.
Van Lanen moved to correct -the date to 1980 instead of 1979:
10 Seconded -by Ald. Salentine. Motion -carried.
Attorney Gross appeared before the committee following Municipal
Court to discuss with the committee the possibility of drafting
an ordinance in regard to pornography relating to the City of
Muskego.
Ordinance.#380 was deferred to the -next meeting for discussion.
After reviewing the 'letter of Attorney Donald Molter dated_
February 25, 1980, Ald. Van Lanen requested the City Attorney's
office to forward the copy of the updated ordinance of the Town
of Pewaukee as soon as possible.
• There being no further business, Ald. Pietruszynski moved to
adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 9.32 P.M.
