MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 14, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 8:47 P.M. by Chairman Pienkos.
Also present were Ald. Wallner, Mayor Gottfried, Ald. Van Lanen,
40 Mr Charles Damaske, Mr. Orlo Zlensky and Mrs. Janice Heckert.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
Ordinance #368 (Re Regulating Direct Sellers) was reviewed Ald.
Pienkos moved to recommend Common Council approval of Ordinance #368
Seconded by Ald Wallner Motion carried
Correspondence reviewed from City Attorney Buckley regarding Model
Motorboat Noise Law. After discussion, the committee agreed that our
state legislators should be urged to adopt a state wide motorboat
noise law
Correspondence reviewed from City Attorney Buckley regarding the
underground storage of gasoline Mr. Buckley stated that there
• are certain provisions presently contained in the Building Code,
Section 30.37 and the Wisconsin Administrative Code that covers
this item. Mr. Gerald Lee, Building Inspector, will be contacted
and invited to our next meeting.
Ald. Pienkos moved to adjourn Seconded by Ald Wallner Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:18 P.M.
