RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 8 40 P.M by Chairman Pienkos.
Also present were Ald. Wallner and Ald Van Lanen.
The committee is awaiting response from City Attorney Buckley
regarding
1) the model ordinance regulating direct sales
2) regulations pertaining to underground storage
of gasoline
3) the model motorboat noise law
The next meeting of the committee will be on Wednesday, February 14,
1979 at 8:30 P.M
There being no further business, Ald Pienkos moved to adjourn.
Seconded by Ald Wallner. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned
