MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 10, 1978
X • The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pienkos at 8:06 P.M.
Also present was Committee Member Tomczyk.
The minutes of the previous meeting held March 15, 1978, were
reviewed and placed on file.
The committee reaffirmed the disposition of the previous
committee concerning the Bike Trail Committee and urge they
call a meeting as soon as possible.
The committee discussed the meeting dates and it was felt it
would be advantageous to meet on the same date as the Public
Safety Committee. The meeting to be placed on the calendar
and the time to be 8.00 P.M.
All future meetings will have an agenda.
There being no further business Ald. Pienkos moved to adjourn.
Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned
at 8 25 P.M.
