The committee considered the two zoning amendments as recommended by
the Plan Commission. The first amendment related to lot sizes and
minimum offsets in business districts with sewers. Aid. Constantineau
moved to direct City Attorney Buckley to prepare the necessary amend-
ment. Motion carried.
The second proposed amendment involved clarifying the use of accessory
buildings in non-agricultural areas. Ald. Wallner moved to direct
City Attorney Buckley to prepare the necessary amendment. Seconded
• by Aid. Constantineau, motion carried.
Ald. Constantineau moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Wallner. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
