#268 (Ch. 9.22) of the Municipal Code, Section 1 (1, 2 and 3) was
necessary. Seconded by Aid. Wallner. Motion carried. The committee

curb open burning because of its contribution to air pollution and to
further advise the public the ordinance would be strictly enforced.
