MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 11, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Ald.
Constantineau. Also present was Committee Member, Ald.
Wallner.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and
placed on file.
Ald. Constantineau will contact City Attorney Buckley to
inquire on the status of Hale Park Meadows Water Trust,
since time is of the essence.
Ald. Wallner moved to recommend to the Common Council, the
adoption of an ordinance creating sec. 1.06(10) of the
Municipal Code providing for issuance of citations in
non -traffic ordinance violations. Seconded by Ald.
Constantineau. Motion carried.
Ald. Wallner moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by
• Ald. Constantineau. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
