seconded by Aid. Colburn, motion carried.
Ordinance #310, regarding proposed amendments to Section 18.28(2) of

• Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that at the last meeting of the
Bass Bay Lake Improvement Association it was requested that Section
20.13 regarding the operation of motor vehicles on ice be amended to
permit snowmobiles and all -terrain vehicles. Discussion was held as
to the best way to handle the amendment and it was suggested that
a maximum of 750 lbs. per motor vehicle might be the better way to
amend the code. Aid. Foldy moved to request Mr. Buckley to suggest
the necessary amendments using, if feasible, the 750 lb. maximum eight
limitation. Seconded by Aid. Colburn, motion carried.
