MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Foldy at 8:30 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Colburn, Wallner and Knudsen, Mayor Gottfried and
Building Inspector Lee.
The review of the city's Transient Merchant's Ordinance was deferred until
the next meeting of the committee.
Ald. Foldy moved to have City Attorney Buckley prepare an amendment to
Sec. 3.8 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance to require certified
survey map on all land divisions in the city. Seconded by Ald. Colburn,
motion carried.
Ald. Colburn brought to the attention of the committee the need for alternate
Wethods of reclaiming library material not returned by the public. Librarian
Kathy Horton will be asked to bring in related material from surrounding
communities.
The committee reviewed sample ordinances regarding placement of air
conditioning units.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
