MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 12, 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Colburn at 9:00 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy, Knudsen and Wallner.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of Ordinance #304,
entitled, An Ordinance to Rezone Certain Property and to Amend the
Zoning District Map of the City (Re: Kristin Downs - RS3 to RS3 OPD)
Seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried.
The committee will review the proposed Transient Merchant's Ordinance
at a future meeting.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
