• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 29.9 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Colburn at 7:00 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy and Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
• The committee reviewed the proposed amended ordinance regarding
holding tanks. Aid. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval
of Ordinance #305. Seconded by Aid. Colburn, motion carried.
The proposed amended transient merchant's ordinance will be reviewed
at the next meeting.of the committee.
Aid. Colburn moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Foldy, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
