MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 15, 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Colburn at 8:41 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy and Knudsen.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and placed
. same on file.
The committee reviewed the proposed amendments to the present holding
tank ordinance and the matter will be discussed further at the next
meeting.
Ald. Foldy moved to amend Ordinance #301 (Re: Sewer Service Charges) to
include the Fountainwood Pool charge of $24.00 per year. Seconded by
Ald; Knudsen, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend to Council the adoption of Ordinance #302
amendments to Building Code. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.
• Ald. Foldy moved to recommend to Council the adoption of Ordinance #303
Establishing West Tower Drive Assessment District and Levying Special
Assessments for Permanent Improvements Thereon. Seconded by Ald. Colburn,
motion carried.
The committee discussed problems with obtaining sign approval and will
obtain and review requirements of neighboring municipalities.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
