RULES, LAWS AND ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 16, 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Foldy at 7:15 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Colburn and Wallner and Mayor
Gottfried.
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend Council approval of an ordinance
amending Section 2.4 of the Land Divison Ordinance regarding
existing substandard lots as per the recommendation of the Plan
Commission. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. Same re-
ferred to City Attorney Buckley.
The committee is requesting that City Attorney Buckley review the
city's Transient Merchant's Ordinance.
The committee reviewed Chapter 17 Section 4.05 (2)(c) of the
Zoning Ordinance regarding garages in residential districts. It
was the decision of the committee to table the motion to amend
this section of the Zoning Ordinance due to the status of the
economy at this time.
Ald. Colburn moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion
carried.
