MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 16, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Foldy at 8:30 P.M. Also
present were Ald. Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.
Ald. Knudsen volunteered to be Secretary of the Committee.
The committee reviewed at great length the proposed Code of ethics for
city officials and employees. It was the committee's opinion that the
committee would send a brief summary of the proposed code to all city
officials both appointed and elected for their review and comments.
Ald. Knudsen moved to recommend Council approval of the ordinance regarding
conduct in public places. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
