RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 11, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Foldy at 9:20 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Ford, Wallner and Knudsen and Mayor Gottfried.
Citizen Frank DeAngelis was also present.
The committee discussed at great length the proposed ordinance by
Alderman Wallner involving the receipt of gifts and gratuities. Ald.
Ford moved to send the proposed ordinance to the Common Council with
a negative recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Wallner recommended that the committee consider special use
assessment for gravel and landfill operations. The matter will be
discussed at the next meeting.

Fire Prevention Code
Dump Refuse Hauling Permit
Regulation of Animals
Non -Returnable Bottles
conduct in Public Parks
Special Use Assessments
for Gravel and Landfill
Operations
Low Phosphate Detergents

Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
