The meeting was called to order at 9:05 P.M. by Chairman Foldy.
Also present were Aldermen Knudsen and Ford, Building Inspector
Lee.
Fire Chief Richard Martin and Mr. Carl Mack of the Muskego Volunteer
Fire Co., Fire Chief Fred Utpatel and Mr. Werner Burbach of the Tess
Corners Volunteer Fire Dept. appeared at the meeting to participate
in a lengthy discussion on the proposed new Fire Code for the City
of Muskego. The committee agreed that further discussion would be
necessary at the next meeting to be held on February 14th.
Discussion was held on the proposed culvert ordinance. Mr. Lee will
bring the present ordinance to the next meeting for discussion.
The committee is requesting that further information be sought regarding
existing ordinances in the state pertaining to the sale of beverages
in non -returnable bottles.
Ald. Knudsen brought up the enforcement of the sump pump ordinance
and the committee will review same at the next meeting.
The following ordinances or amendments to ordinances are under
consideration:
Fire Code Conduct in Public Parks (to be dis-

Ald. Ford moved, as seconded by Ald. Knudsen to adjourn. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 12:05 A.M.
