MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 8:40 PM by Chairman Foldy. Also present
were Aldermen Knudsen, Ford, Waliner and Czarnecki.
Mr. Ray Schwalbach and Mr. Ronald A. Biedrzycki appeared at the meeting to
discuss complaints of problems with pigeons in the Bay Lawn subdivision.
t* Aldermen Wallner and Czarnecki appeared at the meeting for the purpose of
proposing salary increases for Mayor and Aldermen. The committee referred
the matter to the Finance Committee.
Aid. Ford moved, as seconded by Aid. Czarnecki, to refer proposed changes to
the street opening ordinance to City Attorney Buckley for finalization.
Motion carried.
The committee referred to Attorney Buckley suggested amendment to Sec. 20.02
regarding covers for outboard motor.
The following proposed ordinances are being considered by the committee:
Dump Refuse Hauling
. Non —returnable bottles
Conduct in public parks
Low phosphate detergents — (Mayor Gottfried to correspond
with City of Milwaukee and Wis. League of Municipalities)
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 PM.
