MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 30, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 9:37 P,M, by Chairman
Foldy. Also present were Aldermen Ford, Knudsen, Wallner
and Czarnecki.
Fire Chief Fred Utpatel and Richard Martin and Muskego
Fire Company President Carl Mack appeared at the meeting to
discuss the proposed Fire Prevention Code. Ch Martin
to notify Ald. Foldy when their recommendation is completed.
Chief Utpatel requested that prior to new subdivisions
being approved that a copy of road plans be sent to the
appropriate fire department.
Mr. Ted Ludwig, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fischer and Mr. Wannebo
appeared to discuss Class "A" Liquor Licenses.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend to the Common Council the
adoption of Ordinance #261. Ald. Knudsen seconded the
motion for discussion purposes. Following discussion on
• Ald. Foldy's motion, Ald. Ford and Ald. Knudsen voted "no".
Ald. Foldy voted "yes". The motion did not carry.
Ald. Knudsen moved, seconded by Ald. Ford, to review the
Firearms Ordinance at the next meeting. Motion carried.
Ald. Ford moved, as seconded by Ald. Knudsen to recommend
to Council the following amendments to Chapter 8 of the
Municipal Code:
8.02(1)C. The culverts shall have a diameter of not
less than 15 inches.
8.02(1)D. Should be eliminated. 8.02(1)C would cover
endwalls.
Ald Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Ford. The
meeting adjourned at 11:12 P.M.
