• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 261 1973
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. Present were Aldermen
Foldy, Knudsen, Ford, Wallner and Czarnecki and Mayor Gottfried.
A discussion was held regarding Ordinance #261, Repealing Section 12.01
(5)(a) & (b) of the Municipal Code. (Re: Class "A"Liquor Licenses)
Ald. Ford moved to defer action until the next meeting. Seconded by Ald.
Knudsen, motion carried.
Building Inspector Lee appeared at the meeting to review suggest changes
to the Electrical Code - same were referred to City Attorney Buckley.
The committee is awaiting the proposed Fire Code Ordinance from City
Attorney Buckley
Correspondence was read directed to Mayor Gottfried from Senator Krueger,
dated 7/18/73, regarding the Council's position on Assembly Bill #882.
Ald. Ford reviewed guidelines to be incorporated in the enforcing of
•the Subdivision Control Ordinance. Committee will review same at the
next meeting.
The committee will review the request of Mrs. Wilson, Sunnyhill Drive,
regarding the possibility of a stricter Firearms Ordinance.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M.
