MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 26, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. By Chairman Foldy. Also
present were Aldermen Knudsen, Wallner, Czarnecki and Mayor Gottfried.
Ald. Foldy moved to refer Ordinance #252 to City Attorney Buckley
with a request for an opinion on whether or not the City of Muskego
could defend Sec. 12.01 5(a) and (b) of the Municipal Code on the
limitation of Class "A" Retail Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage
Licenses. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried. The following
persons appeared at the meeting regarding the above matter:

Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Common Council approval of Ordinance
#251. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Ald. Knudsen requested to have City
• Attorney Buckley review the language of Ordinance #251 because he
felt that Sec. 1 (j) is too general and to request an interpretation
of his comments of April 16, 1973. Motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of the proposed Burning
Ordinance (Ord. #248). Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
The proposed ordinance for the proper protection of birds and wild
animals to be returned to City Attorney Buckley for correction.
Ald. Knudsen moved to recommend Council adopted of the proposed
ordinance to amend Sec. 7.16 of the Municipal Code (Junk Car Ordinance).
Also to delete the words in Sec. 1, Paragraph (3) 5th line "of the
intention of said city". Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:20 P.M.
