MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 14, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:47 by Chairman Foldy. Also
present were Mayor Gottfried and committee members Ford and Knudsen.
• A discussion of the 1973 Wisconsin Snowmobile Laws was held. The
committee agreed to send the proposed ordinance regulating snow-
mobiles to Attorney Buckley for clarification of several points.
The committee also agreed to send copies of the ordinance to area
snowmobile clubs for their reaction.
The committee completed review of the proposed Muskego Fire
Prevention Code drawn up by Building Inspector Lee and sent the
draft to Attorney Buckley to be put in ordinance form.
The first draft of the ordinance regulating conduct in public parks
was sent to the Park & Recreation Board for their review.
Action was deferred on trapshooting regulations and on an open
burning ordinance.
Alderman Ford moved to approve the new land division ordinance and
•to refer it to the Plan Commission with the committee's recommendation
for adoption; Seconded by Alderman Knudsen, motion carried.
Alderman Knudsen moved to adjourn at 10:20 P.M.; Seconded by
Alderman Ford, motion carried.
