• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 24, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 9:45 P.M. Present were Aldermen
Ford, Knudsen and Dumke.and Mayor Gottfried. Ald. Foldy was absent.
A letter from City Attorney Buckley was read regarding the "Change
in Topography" Ordinance. Mayor Gottfried agreed to write to Mr.
• Buckley again requesting him to revise our present ordinance to
include provisions for establishing cover and other means of preventing
soil erosion.
Ald. Dumke reported that he has received three complaints about trapshoot
operators being allowed to add additional traps to their existing layouts.
City Attorney Buckley will be contacted for an opinion of whether or not
the city can control the number of traps.
A discussion was held involving the makeup of the Plan Commission as
required by law.
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn at 10:45 P.M
Motion carried.
