• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 16, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy and Dumke and Mayor Gottfried.
Proposed Ordinance #215 relating to regulation of snowmobiles was
discussed. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend that the State Statutes
be reviewed and that the proposed ordinance be deferred until the
next meeting of the committee. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ordinance #217 amending Section 4.05, Ch. 17 of the Zoning Ordinance
regarding accessory buildings was deferred pending further information
from Zoning Officer Lee.
A proposed ordinance amending Sec. 1.06 of the Municipal Code providing
for the Office Clerk of the Municipal Court was discussed. Judge Wittbrot
to be invited to attend the next meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance
Committee to explain his request.
A proposed ordinance requiring dogs to be vaccinated for rabies was
discussed. It was the decision of the committee to table the proposed
ordinance.
• The Land Division Control Ordinance was deferred by the committee until
Zoning Officer Lee can contact Mr. Norb Theine of SEWRPC for a meeting.

The Model Residential Picketing Law was referred to City Attorney
Buckley for his review and drafting into our Municipal Code.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
