• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1972
The meeting began at 10: 25 P.M. Present were Aldermen Foldy and
Dumke, Mayor Gottfried and Zoning Officer Lee. Ald. Foldy was appointed
Chairman.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and placed on file.
• Ordinance #215, regarding the regulation of snowmobiles, and which
amends Ch. 7.21 of the Municipal Code and prohibits operation of
snowmobiles between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. was discussed.
Mayor Gottfried to correspond with local snowmobile clubs advising them of
the proposed change and asking them for any suggestions.
Ordinance #216, amending Sec. 6.06 regarding swimming pools was reviewed.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend the amendment as presented in Ordinance #216.
Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ordinance #217,, amending Sec. 4.05 (2), Ch. 17 of the Zoning Ordinance
regarding accessory buildings, was reviewed. This Ordinance was deferred
for two weeks for further study.
•Ordinance #218, amending certain provisions of Sec. 6.02 of the Municipal
Code was reviewed (Re: Planned Development requirements) Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend the amendments as contained in Ordinance #218. Sec-
onded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ordinance #219, amending certain provisions of Sec. 6.01 of the Zoning
Ordinance (Re: Preservation of Topography) was reviewed. Ald. Foldy
moved to recommend the amendments as contained in Ordinance #219.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
A proposed ordinance to amend Sec. 1.06(10) of the Municipal Code
providing for the Office of Clerk of the Municipal Court, was reviewed
and deferred,for further study.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:15 P.M.
