• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 26, 1972
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Also present
were Mayor Gottfried, Building Inspector Lee and Ald. Foldy.
Minutes of previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
• A recommendation by Police Chief Kraus to limit parking
on city streets to two was received and reviewed. Ald.

/9) Swimming Pool Ordinance to have a 4 to 6 foot fence around in -ground
or permanent pools. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to have Attorney Buckley amend the Zoning Ordinance
�6 Sec. 4.05 (2) G to allow accessory buildings and structures to be
•' placed within 3 feet of the lot line and to the rear of the main
building. Seconded by Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to have Attorney Buckley draw up changes to the
Zoning Ordinance, Par. 6.01 (1) A regarding changes in topography.
Seconded by Foldy, motion carried.

Ald. Narlock moved to have Attorney Buckley draw up an amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance, Sec. 6.02 (4) A for a $200.00 fee with petition for
7 a Planned Development and charging for engineering and consultant's
fees. Seconded by Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to adjourn. Seconded by Foldy, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
