RLO19711014• RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 14, 1971 Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. Also present were Alderman Dumke, Mayor Gottfried and Zoning Officer Lee. • Discussion took place concerning the 500 ft. distance requirement between automobile service stations in Section 6.03 (1) C. 1. of the Zoning Ordinance. Zoning Officer Lee explained that a 500 ft. distance between stations must be maintained in the B-1 thru B-4 Districts unless the Planning Commission would grant a conditional use and determine that the above business would not constitute a hazard or be detrimental to the surrounding area. Attorney Buckley's opinion of Sec. 603 (1) C. 2. will be considered. A letter was received from the Plan Commission regarding a zoning ordinance amendment to Section 602 (4) B. Ald. Foldy moved that it be referred back to the Plan Commission with an increased fee plan based on the size of the development. Seconded by Ald. Narlock, • motion carried. Ald. Narlock moved that Ordinance 205 be recommended to the Council, after approved of the Plan Commission, as amended by the Committee. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Several sections of the Land Division Ordinance were reviewed. Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:25 P.M.
