• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P. M by Chairman Narlock. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dumke and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted and placed on file.
Aid. Foldy moved to recommend to the Common Council that a speed limit
. of 35 mph be placed on Field Drive and that a "Stop" sign be placed on
Gold Drive instead of a "Yield" sign. Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion
carried.
Mayor Gottfried to correspond with County Board Supervisor Morton Smith
regarding the County changes in the official street map for Muskego.
Aid. Foldy moved on the definition of duplex and to delete the last
sentence of the proposed ordinance. Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion
carried.
Regarding the suggested change in density requirement and open space,
Aid. Foldy moved to retain the present requirements under the RSA
District. Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion carried.
• City Attorney Buckley to draft the necessary amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance which will permit duplex housing within certain areas of
the city.
