Meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M., July 29, 1971 by Chairman
Frank Narlock. Those present were, Mayor Gottfried, Ald. Charles
Foldy, Ald. Edwin Dumke, Ald. Narlock and Building Insp. Lee.
• A letter was received from Attorney Buckley concerning the Ordinance
on the Storage and Sale of Junked Automobiles, recommended a change
in 4-B, following the phrase "if possible" to include "or if not
then to be disposed of by public auction" as provided for in
Section 2-D of this ordinance.
Concerning the Ordinance on the Storage and Sale of Junked Automo-
biles on Private Property; Sec. 5, it was recommended to add
following the phrase "if possible", or if not to be disposed of by
public auction, as provided for in Section 2-D of this ordinance.
Ald. Foldy moved that this ordinance and recommendation be sent to
the Common for consideration, motion seconded by Ald. Dumke and
motion carried.
Also reviewed was the Land Division Ordinance.
• Motion to adjourn was made by Ald. Narlock at 10:25 P.M., and
seconded by Ald. Dumke. Notion carried.
