MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 59 1971
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Also present were Mayor Gottfried and Aldermen Foldy and Dumke.
` . Minutes of the previous meeting were read and placed on file.
The Landfill Ordinance was discussed and it was decided that a
copy of the proposed ordinance be sent to all of the Aldermen,
the Building Inspector, Engineer and the Wauers, for their con-
sideration.
Ald. Foldy moved that the ordinance concerning overnight parking
be tabled. Seconded by Dumke, motion carried.
The proposed ordinance regarding the licensing and permits of
trucks or firms hauling garbage and refuse be referred back to
Attorney Buckley for clarification and possible changes. Mayor
Gottfried to communicate with Mr. Buckley.
Ald. Foldy moved for adjournment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. The
meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
