• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 26, 1971
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 9:45 P.M. Also present
were Mayor Gottfried and Aid. Foldy. Aid. Dwyer was absent.
Minutes of previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
The proposed landfill permit procedures, as presented by City Engineer
Barry, were reviewed. After a lengthy discussion it was moved by Aid.
Foldy that the proposed procedure with sample permits, be referred to
City Attorney for review. Seconded by Aid. Narlock. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried to forward to Attorney Buckley.
The proposal to limit overnight parking of trucks on city streets was
reviewed at length. The Committee reserved taking action until Attorney
Buckley presents his comments.
Foldy moved to adjourn. Seconded by Aid. Narlock, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 10:55 P.M.
