RLO19710311RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MARCH 11, 1971 Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 8:35 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Foldy, Dwyer, DeBack, City Engineer Barry, Police Chief Kraus and Mayor Gottfried. The minutes of the previous meeting held on March 2, 1971, were approved and placed on file. City Engineer Barry reviewed with the committee the proposed ordinance requiring the licensing and regulating land fill disposal sites in the City. Modifications to the proposed ordinance have been forwarded to City Attorney Buckley. City Engineer Barry requested the committee enact a City ordinance that would control the amount of fill a City resident could use to change the grade of his property. Engineer Barry to prepare engineer- ing requirements for proposed ordinance and submit to committee for review on March 25, 1971. A letter dated March 5, 1971, from City Attorney Buckley to Mayor • Gottfried advising he was not in favor of deleting the words "and who remain thereon" from the present City Trespass Ordinance. Chief Kraus to correspond with City Attorney Buckley and report to the Committee on March 25, 1971. The proposed ordinance to regulate overnight truck parking in the City of Muskego was reviewed. The proposed changes were referred to City Attorney Buckley: 7.19 (1) to only include trucks have a gross weight of 5000 pounds or more. 7.19 (3) delete entire paragraph. 7.19 (4) signs are to be posted on all streets entering the City.
