RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MARCH 2, 1971
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Foldy and Dwyer and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on February 11, 1971, were
approved and placed on file.
The committee reviewed and compared the City of Muskego and the City
of Waukesha ordinances on who may serve liquor and what types of license
are required. A letter from City Attorney Buckley which stated his
opinion about the City liquor serving ordinance was read. No action
was taken and all correspondence was placed on file.
The Committee held their first review of the proposed land fill
disposal ordinance. Chairman Narlock will forward a copy of the
proposed ordinance to City Engineer Barry for his review and request
that he meet with the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee at their
next meeting to be held on March 11, 1971, to discuss the proposed
ordinance.
Foldy moved to adjourn.
Dwyer seconded. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
