MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 28, 1971
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dwyer, DeBack and City Attorney
Buckley.
itThe minutes of the previous meeting held on January 14, 1971, were
approved and placed on file.
The Committee discussed with City Attorney Buckley the ordinance
which controls the operation of the City land fill site. After
a lengthy discussion, the Committee requested City Attorney Buckley
to rewrite the present ordinance which would include a permit
procedure, restoration plans, performance bond, and the licensing
of trash hauling vehicles in the City of Muskego.
Foldy moved to adjourn
