MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 29, 1970
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 9:10 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Foldy, Dwyer, City Attorney Buckley and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on October 15, 1970, were
• approved and placed on file.
City Attorney Buckley discussed the proposed ordinance regulating the
operation of snowmobiles in the City of Muskego. He stated that because
the added regulations in the proposed ordinance were deleted, the ordinance
then only adopted the State Statutes and these statutes are a part of
Ch. 7.01 of the Municipal Code. Foldy moved to table Ordinance #177,
regulating the operation of snowmobiles in the City of Muskego. Dwyer
seconded. Motion carried.
A letter from Mr. Frank J. Ruekert of Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., dated
October 28, 1970, requesting that State Statutes and local ordinances
regarding certified surveys be revised, was read and placed on file.
•The proposed zoning ordinance amendment 'to Section 8.10 by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele, regarding an additional provision which will
encourage developers to petition for a Planned Development Overlay
in the RSM Districts was reviewed and placed on file.
•
The Committee reviewed the lease agreements it has concerning the
City Dump and its operation with City Attorney Buckley.
Foldy moved to adjourn. Dwyer seconded. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 10:50 P.M.
