MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 1970
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M. Also present
were Alderman Dwyer and Mayor Gottfried.
• The minutes of the previous meeting held on October 1, 1970, were
approved and placed on file.
The committee reviewed the following items:
Ordinance #177 - An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of Snowmobiles
in the City of Muskego. Dwyer moved to recommend the adoption of
Ordinance #177, as drafted, with .02 added regulations (1), (2), (3)
and (4) deleted, to the Common Council. Narlock seconded. Motion
carried.
A letter from City Attorney Buckley, dated October 9, 1970, directed
to the Mayor and Common Council, regarding the lease agreement with
city has with the Wauer family and the operation of the City Dump,
• was read and placed on file. The committee reviewed the agreements
it has concerning the City Dump and its operation. After discussing
City Attorney Buckley's letter, some of the lease agreement language
needed further clarification. Mayor Gottfried to correspond with
City Attorney Buckley.

Dwyer moved to adjourn. Narlock seconded. Meeting adjourned at
9:15 P.M.
